So since it says Pam in the comments does that mean Jean is gone or if you were to do an actual post would you still be Jean? The best way to rid yourself of Jean completely would be to type in your email address, then click "cannot access my account" then it will ask you if you forgot your password, which would be "yes" then they will send it to you. As long as you set up your intital google account under your email address, that will always be your User ID and will not go away, you just need to figure out what your password was. Hopefully that helps.
